Southwestern Willow Flycatcher Breeding Habitat at Roosevelt Lake, Arizona

Habitat is composed of an extremely dense tamarisk monoculture, approximately 25-30 feet high. The vegetation is rooted in standing water some years, but in other years the soil has dried by the late breeding season.
